This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the media, assets, templates, AI-generated content, and other resources provided by CreatorGenie (“CreatorGenie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, exporting, creating, or using any content through https://creatorgenie.ai/, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Subject to full compliance with this Agreement, CreatorGenie grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Use, modify, download, export, reproduce, and distribute CreatorGenie media and content.

  • Incorporate the content into personal, business, commercial, and non-commercial projects.

  • Edit, adapt, combine, or transform any content for your creative needs.

You do not need written permission for most uses. Attribution is appreciated but not required unless explicitly stated for certain assets.

2. Restrictions — What You Cannot Do

When using CreatorGenie’s content, you must not:

Commercial Restrictions

  • Sell, license, or distribute raw or unmodified content “as-is” (e.g., stock images, videos, or assets).

  • Use content containing identifiable individuals, landmarks, brands, or logos in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without obtaining proper releases.

Brand & Ownership Restrictions

  • Use any CreatorGenie content to create or attempt to register a trademark, service mark, or logo.

  • Claim exclusive rights or ownership over the original content or assets.

Prohibited Actions

  • Remove or obscure copyright notices, trademarks, or ownership labels.

  • Use content in defamatory, hateful, obscene, unlawful, or harmful contexts.

  • Use content in products or tools that compete with CreatorGenie or replicate its functionality.

  • Reverse-engineer, extract metadata, decode, or attempt to reconstruct source files.

3. Third-Party & Free Media Sources

Some content available on CreatorGenie may originate from third-party providers. For such media:

  • Usage is governed by the terms applicable to the original source.

  • You are responsible for verifying permissions—especially for commercial usage, identifiable persons, locations, and brand elements.

  • CreatorGenie does not guarantee that all media include model or property releases.

4. Termination of License

CreatorGenie may change, update, modify, or revoke this license at any time.

Your license may be terminated if you:

  • Violate this Agreement.

  • Misuse content beyond the authorized scope.

Upon termination:

  • You must stop using all CreatorGenie content.

  • Delete or destroy all copies in your possession.

  • Provide written confirmation if requested.

You may terminate your license at any time by deleting all downloaded content and ceasing use of CreatorGenie services.

5. No Warranty

CreatorGenie provides all content, tools, and media on an “as-is” basis, without any warranties, including:

  • Accuracy

  • Non-infringement

  • Fitness for specific purposes

  • Availability or error-free operation

Metadata, descriptions, keywords, and tags might not always be accurate. You are solely responsible for verifying that your use complies with laws, copyrights, trademarks, and publicity rights.

6. Client Use & Redistribution

You may deliver projects created with CreatorGenie content to clients, provided that:

  • Your clients agree to follow this License Agreement.

  • You do not sell, sublicense, or distribute CreatorGenie content as standalone files.

  • You do not grant your clients exclusive rights to any CreatorGenie-generated assets.

7. Relationship to Other Policies

This License Agreement works together with:

  • CreatorGenie’s Terms of Service

  • CreatorGenie’s Privacy Policy

  • Any additional policies posted on the website

By using CreatorGenie, you agree to all applicable policies.
